1. Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

2. Shipping and delivery times

We ship from the Netherlands. Estimated delivery times:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external circumstances.

3. Temporarily out of stock

If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will do our best to restock as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery time for out-of-stock products: approximately 5–12 business days, depending on:

• international logistics;
• quality control and batch processing;
• carriers and customs procedures.

4. Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your shipment.

5. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on the website.

6. Discreet packaging

All orders are carefully and discreetly packaged. No product information is displayed on the outside of the packaging.

7. Shipping responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delays or logistical issues lies with the carrier. 123PEPS is not liable for:

• carrier delays;
• incorrectly entered address details by the customer;
• lost packages due to incorrect address information;
• force majeure situations.

8. Damaged delivery

Received a damaged package? Contact us within 48 hours at info@123peps.com with:

• your order number;
• clear photos of the damage;
• a brief description of the issue.

We will always work with you to find an appropriate solution.

9. International shipping

The customer is solely responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations regarding the import of products. 123PEPS is not responsible for:

• customs delays;
• import restrictions;
• seizure by local authorities.
