Return policy

Due to the nature of our products, specific return conditions apply. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving any reason. This right applies only to unopened and undamaged products with the original seal intact.

2. Peptides (powder form)

Unopened: Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt. The original seal must be fully intact.

Opened: Returns are not accepted. Due to the sensitive nature of peptide powders and potential contamination risks, the right of withdrawal is excluded once the seal is broken.

3. Research materials (needles etc.)

Needles and other medical research materials are fully excluded from returns for hygiene and safety reasons, regardless of whether the packaging has been opened. This is permitted under Article 16 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

4. Damaged or incorrect products

Received a damaged, defective or incorrect product? Contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@123peps.com, including photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve this for you.

5. How to return

Does your product meet the return conditions? Follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to info@123peps.com with your order number
  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team
  3. Send the product back unopened and well packaged
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days

Please note: Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the product was damaged or incorrectly delivered. 123peps.com is not responsible for lost returns sent without a tracking number.
